Cabir Əliyev

Founder and Managing Partner

Cabir Aliyev, founder and managing partner of the firm, is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan with 15 years of experience in private and public law. He specialises in construction law and FIDIC contracts, civil liability, and constitutional and administrative law. As a CEPEJ expert, he has taken part in judicial reform projects with the UN, the Council of Europe and the OSCE. He holds a PhD in Public Law from Marmara University and a bachelor's degree in law from Istanbul University.

Ofelya Həsənova

Executive Director and Attorney

A member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2024, Ofelya Hasanova specialises in commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, dispute resolution and personal data protection. She holds an LL.M. in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).

Xanım İsmayılova

Legal Counsel

Khanim Ismayılova is a legal counsel specialising in international and domestic arbitration. Based in Malta, she brings hands-on European experience in commodity trading, commercial contracts and legal research. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Bologna and a bachelor's degree in law from Baku State University.
